Boxed In have premiered the new video for ‘Pushing On’, part of the double-A-sided single ‘Pushing On / Unable’, released for Record Store Day – their first new material since critically-acclaimed second album ‘Melt’. The video features a dance performance by Imogen Morris Clarke, directed by Davo McConville. On making the video with Boxed In, Davo says, “The greatest gift you can receive as a director is amazing music – the right track makes whatever you do visually a pleasure so it has been a joy to work on Pushing On. From first hearing the track, Imogen’s journey sprang into my mind fully formed, and in executing it I was blessed by fine folk all around. No animals were harmed in the making of it, but Imogen’s torn ankle ligaments ensured that we were ever on the edge of danger.”
